小贴士 Tips

Panini是什么？

	意大利美食PANINI...中文译成“帕尼尼”，或干脆叫意大利式三明治； PANINI热潮严格说应该是从美国掀起的，特别得到曼哈顿地区上班族的亲睐，几乎成了午餐的代名词；



	标准的PANINI用的是出自意大利的ciabatta面包，其松软与柔韧之间的尺度恰到好处，然后放到grill机烘烤，直到烤出一杠杠的焦印（见右图），里面配着吞拿鱼、玉米粒、蛋黄酱、生菜叶子等，也有夹着salami（一种意大利蒜味咸腊肠）或火腿、奶酪之类；


	Panini制作的机器设备一般称为三明治压板扒炉；与一般冷冰冰的三明治不同噢，你必须趁热的时候，张大嘴结结实实地咬下去～～～那真是外皮香脆可口，里面的陷料更是回味无穷啊…
